Information on Exchanges & Cancellations

If you wish to exchange an item or cancel your order, you’ll find all the important information here at a glance.

Exchanges

Would you like to exchange an item? No problem: you can return your goods to us within 30 days of receipt.

Here’s how it works:

1.    Please notify us of the exchange by email: shop@haunold.info

2.    Include a short note in the parcel stating your exchange request

3.    Pack the item carefully in its original packaging

4.    Send the goods to the returns address given below

Please note:

• Made-to-measure, custom-made and personalised products are excluded from exchange.

• The goods must be unworn, undamaged and complete.

Withdraw from your contract 

If you wish to withdraw from your contract, please use our cancellation portal in the footer of our online shop.

We will review your cancellation request and send you a confirmation by email. Once you got your approval, please send the goods to the returns address given below.
