Until when can I return/exchange my goods?
You can return the goods within 30 days.
The buyer bears the costs for the return.
Custom-made items and personalized products are excluded from exchange.
The goods must be returned new, undamaged and in the original packaging. The original product tags must still be firmly attached to the product.
All returns must be announced in writing: by letter or by e-mail to shop@haunold.info
