When will my goods be shipped?
The ordered goods will be handed over to the courier at the latest within three working days after receipt of payment. If, contrary to expectations, a product is not in stock, the customer will be informed immediately.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping to Italy (islands included): € 6,00
Shipping to Germany and Austria: € 8,00
Shipping to Belgium, Slovenia, Netherlands: € 10,00
Shipping to Denmark, France, Croatia, Poland, Serbia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary: € 14,00

With which courier are my goods shipped?
In Italy, the parcels are usually sent with SDA (possibly also by GLS).
In all other countries we ship with GLS, in exceptional cases also with Austrian Post AG.
Please note: it is possible to deliver to a GLS parcel shop, but NOT to a DHL packing station!

Will I get a tracking number and when?
You will receive an e-mail from GLS or SDA with information on tracking as soon as the parcel has arrived at the respective logistics center. Please check your mailbox and also the spam folder!
It may also take up to 72 hours for you to receive an e-mail!
If your parcel is shipped with Austrian Post AG, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number. You can then follow the package via the www.post.at website.
How do I get an invoice for my business?
If you order from us as a company and wish to receive an invoice, please contact us in advance by e-mail at email@example.com
How can I pay?
You can pay by credit card, PayPal, or prepayment (bank transfer).
Credit card (VISA, and Mastercard): Your payment is processed securely via the payment provider Stripe.
Prepayment: You transfer the amount due to the bank account indicated below and immediately after receiving the payment, the order is shipped.
Until when can I return/exchange my goods?
You can return the goods within 30 days.
The buyer bears the costs for the return.
Custom-made items and personalized products are excluded from exchange.
The goods must be returned new, undamaged and in the original packaging. The original product tags must still be firmly attached to the product.
All returns must be announced in writing: by letter or by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
